Corporate Profit Sharing Plan
Harbinger Heavy Industries is a privately owned Company. Employees are awarded 1 share as a hiring bonus, and 1 share an hour for announced corporation activities such as mining. If employees wish to invest further into the company, additional shares may be purchased for 200k ISK each. At the end of each week, 10% of all corporation sales are distributed to all shares as a dividend. 90% of all corporation revenues are re-invested back into the company. This has garnered us several cruiser bpÆs, as well as a vast library of others. Each share also has voting power, each major corp decision will be put to vote by shareholders. You have a say in what your corp does.
Employee Discount Program:
All items that are corporation manufactured are 15% above mineral cost to all employees.

We are a peaceful corporation, unless an element from outside the corporation decides otherwise. We have many agreements with other corporations for mutual protection, and we must, as a company, act responsibly in the best interests of all Corporations involved.
The following regulations should be closely read and will not be tolerated:
Acts of Piracy upon other players is grounds for immediate dismissal from the Corporation. Acts of Aggression or Murder that are not sanctioned by the Corporation is also grounds for immediate dismissal.
Acts of Stupidity are also grounds for dismissal. If you have an affair with the wife of a CEO of a 200 member corp, which in turn causes immediate physical and financial harm to the Company, you will be dismissed.
On a sidenote, if a violation of corporate policy is severe enough, you may want to make certain you have many clones on hand, otherwise, by the time we are done with you, the only thing youÆll know how to do is drool, and perhaps have limited bladder control. Our Security & Disciplinary Department is quite experienced at taking care of ôProblemsö.
